Any media uploaded is done so with the users consent and wamellow and its developers are not responsible for users uploading copyrighted/trademarked content at any given time or instance. This includes

• Prompt images and thumbnails (including but not limited to Ticketing, Custom Embeds, Pronouns, Leaderboards, Polls)
• Info avatar and banner
• Welcome/Bye avatar and banner

What to expect from us

We actively develop new features and products to improve out services. As part of this effort, we may add or remove features, offer new services, or discontinue old services. Although we try to avoid interruptions, we cannot guarantee that there will not be outages or changes to the Services, and your content may not be available due to such outages or changes. We will not be liable for any such outages or changes to the Services.

Violations

In the event of violations of our Terms of service, we reserve the right to irrevocably delete the content in question from our database, to exclude the responsible user from our service and to take legal action. Any violation against these Terms of Service will be dealt with on an individual basis by the Service management.

Changes and Limits
